My opinion: I love the name Caroline! Caroline is such a "Sweet" name (bonus points for those who get the reference ;)). I adore names with nicknames, and obviously this name is not lacking in that department. Some possible nicknames include Carrie, Caro, Cara, Carly, Carol, Callie & Cal.
